Remote Workshop Checklist

A list of the key considerations which must be addressed ahead of a remote Jenson8 session.

General

  • Confirm time and date of session
  • Confirm participants - including contact details and location

    - Clients should be located at home

    - Clients participating from their office will need to liaise with their network team to follow our Network Access Requirements

    - Participation from hotels is not recommended. They usually do not meet our Network requirements.

  • Which Jenson8 experience/s will be used
  • What devices will be used
  • Device supplier (Client-owned, Jenson8 or rented)
  • Co-ordinate device shipment to remote participants
  • Ensure that all participants have a space that meets our requirements:

    - Ensure that they have access to sufficient space to participate

    - Perform an internet speed test to ensure Network requirements are met

    - Arrange a Tech Check for each participant in advance of the workshop

  • Book the online meeting on your preferred video-call platform
  • Send invitations to participants which include the link for the video call
  • Confirm whether there are any observers with the Jenson8 team so they can arrange a separate video stream
  • If there are concurrent sessions running, confirm the number of concurrent games required
  • Confirm the group split for each team
