Remote Workshop Checklist
A list of the key considerations which must be addressed ahead of a remote Jenson8 session.
General
- Confirm time and date of session
Confirm participants - including contact details and location
- Clients should be located at home
- Clients participating from their office will need to liaise with their network team to follow our Network Access Requirements
- Participation from hotels is not recommended. They usually do not meet our Network requirements.
- Which Jenson8 experience/s will be used
- What devices will be used
- Device supplier (Client-owned, Jenson8 or rented)
- Co-ordinate device shipment to remote participants
Ensure that all participants have a space that meets our requirements:
- Ensure that they have access to sufficient space to participate
- Perform an internet speed test to ensure Network requirements are met
- Arrange a Tech Check for each participant in advance of the workshop
- Book the online meeting on your preferred video-call platform
- Send invitations to participants which include the link for the video call
- Confirm whether there are any observers with the Jenson8 team so they can arrange a separate video stream
- If there are concurrent sessions running, confirm the number of concurrent games required
- Confirm the group split for each team
